Has anyone used one of those backless computer chairs? - backless computer chair

For my home office - I am thinking of buying the type of office chair without a back that seats on a platform with knees bent and supported on a platform other angles (see link for PIC). It is to keep your back straight and improve posture. Does anyone use this type of chair was and mitigate? I would like to know if this would be a better buy for an office chair base.
