Mount And Blade Pad Anyone Here Have To Wear A Back-neck Brace Combo (CTLSO)?

Anyone here have to wear a back-neck brace combo (CTLSO)? - mount and blade pad

It is basically 2 parts molded foam with hard plastic coating, they are getting my hips and my chest started (ships when built in) in from front to back and shoulder blades. Combine the two halves of the sides with 3 Velcro straps on each side and 2 shoulder straps. Mounted on the top of the most important is the union of the neck, I do not know how they call it, but basically it's a neck brace with metal bars, which are presented and the support platform / pc head to the back of the head and a bar at the front, which contains the piece chin. 2 belts firmly in contact with the head covering to the chin piece.
