If I work out solidly for 2 months straight, what kind of results will I probably see? - bmi results table

I am 17 years old, female, 5'9 and 185 pounds. (BMI slightly overweight).

Following the preparation of 2 months (I'm a little heavier than you):
- Lost 10 + lbs
- Can you climb stairs 3 + Respiratory
- If more energy
- Fits 1 size panties
- What is in a better mood in general
- To begin to feel the definition of fat
- I have just said, without worrying about the implementation
- If a decrease in appetite


I may have the Beach Body program (beachbody.com), I three of these now, and I had great success with everyone. In August 2007 I am about 40 pounds with Power 90, Body Rockin 'and Hip Hop Abs (Although we will work very well, only three will give you more opportunities, I'm bored easily).

If you do not want the video programs, or jogging makeTSID with the couch 5k program is a good way to work to walk up.
